I assume you are doing something wrong. Problem can be pretty much anywhere. You must be experienced programmer before you jump on multiplayer. If you are beginner, then don't waste your time.
My game is so basic. Only fps character and easy gun system. I'm a beginner at Photon but not at Unity and programming. I just want some of your experience for the ping problem :) I think there are several methods. Like connecting to same country server. Is there a special setting you made?
