Interesting idea, although some parts of the game were inaccessible due to the player not being able to fit into some places, such as if you go down from the start and take a left, you can't fit through that gap. Some audio in the game would really help the games feel and vibe such as death sound effects, jump sound effects, background music and so on. Also some actual items would make it more interesting instead of floating green cubes. You could have maybe something like toilet paper or food and so on and have those item sprites randomized a little to add some variety.
A title screen with the option to start the game, quit the game and look at controls would also give the game a more professional feel to it and the text is a little hard to read when you go into contact with the white door due to it both being white.
Other then that it is a very creative idea and with some more polish and a bit of a redo on the play-ability aspect of this and this could be a very fun game. Nicely done.
