wandering that myself - tried the "dark" path since there is most likely not much content/story anyway for a really "good" solution
from all characters she is one of the weirdest in my opinion
her original reasoning feels kinda shallow/dumb - to leave your family like this behind and/or don't think there would be catch with this kind of job...
plus how she reacts when you are reunited and you try to refuse the whole master thing where she worries what any other one would do to her while that is what she signed up for in the beginning...
so most likely the main character himself is her saving
try to protect her inside the organisation and show her that her family misses her etc.
while not falling too much to the dark side which seems hard to do since the options to choose who you drug and when the main character suddenly shows some conscience are rather limited so far
one moment you get to choose and then other moments principal/church etc you just do it
