On Windows you should be able to find the save files at
C:\Users\<userprofile>\AppData\LocalLow\Keiwan Donyagard\Evolution\EvolutionSaves
The files are regular .txt files. Copying them from one computer to another should not cause any problems.

i serached on documents where the games usually makes the savefiles and looked on C: because the logs of the program says about some actions there.
