Nothin, yet, could be a new tenant at some point but there's tonnes of characters as is. Think I heard could be Juliet.
Would be fun to speculate though - Moon, Kate or Hana (if/when she moves out of Maria's, though I like it how it is) would be my choice if not Juliet :)
