The graphics and music are pretty neat (though the blood and double jump animation violate the 64x64 limit. I like getting new abilities and the gameplay can be pretty fun.
I'm not sure if was just the lighting or something, but a lot of the time it felt like the game was lagging which made precise jumps difficult. The "pulse"-ing in general was also a bit annoying.
