What is prestige for?
- The prestige is a number between 1 and 5 that works as the stars. To get prestige you'll need guests leaving happily and/or decoration. As more prestige you have, more money will the guests pay and more guests you'll receive per day. The prestige is showed on the upper left corner.
What does promoting a cook/cleaner do?
- Promoting a cook: makes him to cook faster. At level 1 -> 20 seconds, 2 -> 15 seconds, 3 -> 12 seconds, 4 -> 10 seconds.
- Promoting a cleaner: makes him to clean the beds faster. To calculate it, use: 18 - (3 * level). For example, at level 1 it lasts 18 - (3 * 1) = 15 seconds (1 hour and a half, in-game) to clean a bed.

So currently I have 10 rooms, my hotel is open, have food and water, and staff members, but I have "no rooms available" when I clearly have 10 open rooms that are available. I had steady clientele at one point but I eventually get to where not one of my cleaners or carriers (which btw, I don't even know what these guys are supposed to do) are working. Sheets aren't getting washed, rooms aren't even attended it looks like, and also in the food bar description it says there is enough for 6 meals but i only seem to have 3 'dishes available' at a time.
