Hi, in my country no one use a credit card. is there any way to pay with a debit card?
IBAN number is to connect your bank account. If you plan to purchase content on Itch.io you don’t need that, you need the number of your debit card.
It’s worth keeping in mind that in some European countries, by default when you get a debit card, it can’t be used for online transactions, unless you explicitly request it. At least that was the case some years ago, not sure about now.
The card number also has latters and numbers. But I thought that is only for the bank in case you lose it.
Everyone I know uses their debit card in online purchases. From ordering pizza, buying games on steam to ordering non-food stuff.
My country just isn't big on buying things with credit instead of debit. So no one has credit cards.

Do you mean your card has your IBAN code on it? It sounds like you have a card that is specifically only meant to do ATM withdrawals/deposits, and it can’t make online transactions. This is not specific to Itch.io, but most (all?) sites out there.
A card meant for online purchases should only have numbers on it, regardless of debit or credit. I would suggest to contact your bank when convenient, and let them know that you want a debit card for online purchases, and they should provide you one free of charge (or maybe with minimal costs).
