8. Other nations do not have spies
1.The map contains Yugoslavia which doesn't exist anymore.
4. Add percetages. (e.g. aggresive - 25% higher expansion rate)
5. Too many nations break the list, it becomes near impossible to select the nation you want to add to the alliance.
8. By this one i meant, let us make nations declare war/peace/ally on the selected nation.
