I bought the XOD DLC cannot be opened on the desktop computer, but it can open my laptop. But the laptop is not my QAQ

Hello! I'm sorry for the trouble. Can you let me know what you mean by it doesn't open? Does the game freeze, or there's a black screen, or nothing happens at all when you click to launch it? Or do you mean the DLC part is missing? And are you on Mac, Windows, or Linux?
