So I saw in the comments one of the other users had an issue with trying to download the update and it not working, so I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it still says "App not Installed"
hmm, this is very odd. I know there was a problem for some people when upgrading from 9 > 10, but usually uninstalling it solves the problem. Send me an email at h**************@gmail.com & I'll send you a link to download ep 9 again, because then it'll appear in your app settings where you can clear cache, and that might work.
