Hi, the english version doesn't work very well

can you describe the problem? desktop or VR?

I try:
I start the .exe on win64 Desktop.
English is already selected as default language, but every sentence (the girl interactions or decisions) the text appears in Japanese.
When I look into the settings, the menu has changed to Japanese too.

If you want, I can add some screenshots later.

It sounds like you are missing the appconfig file, or its getting messed up, or the app is having trouble reading it.
Could you check the file exist? In the file where the .exe is please check /elsieStandard_Data/StreamingAssets/AppConfigAddress.txt exists and let me know what text the file contains.

If we cannot fix the issue ill create a version with English only and upload it for you.

Hey, thank you for your help.

The file exists and the content is :

0,8004622,1,0,1

The Hex code of the content is 
30 2C 38 30 30 34 36 32 32 2C 31 2C 30 2C 31 0D 0A

I reset the access rights and started the game as administrator.
Now it works fine +1
