This may be lame but what are the controls on a Oculus Quest 2? some are obvious but is there a list somewhere

I didn't even realize the quest 2 was different. Do you know anywhere I can read about this. I just got my quest 2 myself just recently so let me give it a try.
Right stick to toggle view (cockpit/3rd person), left stick depress to toggle map
Left stick for the throttle, right stick to roll
Right trigger to fire weapons
B to select new target, A to switch between weapons.The first training also does go over the controls.
I think I got you covered! The recent update comes with a controls list!
