Would it be possible to specify how it crashed? Was it during combat or regular exploration? Did both crashes happen in the exact same situation? Do you remember in which location it happened? Thanks!
Sure! The first time it crashed was during the fight with Rocc (I believe that was his name?), the second was almost at the end, in the few seconds you "fight" against the ugly abomination thing at the concert site.
