Well did eaten like 4 meatpie in a row and still gotten no weight. So I really don't have any idea how much.
Gaining weight is the slowest thing, and there are multiple of ways to lose weight in game. BUT, could also be bugged atm. If it is though, we'll be sure to have it fixed in the next update coming in a few weeks by just checking on it.
