My game is far from dead.

Maybe dead was a little bit too strong a word that was used.  I dont really think it even matters if they do use it, but its more on life support than anything.  A few things of note though, you have only been releasing very short updates every 5-6 months on average.  I'll say I did enjoy the game back when I first found it a couple years ago.  Now links are left broken for extended periods of time until they are noticed.  Also on Patreon, you have to pay just to see status updates, which may or may not have anything to them.  I dont know.  Im not one to pay money just to see a monthly update on something rarely gets updated.  If somebody else wants to, more power to them.  I would have supported the game as a patron if it was taken care of and kept up better.

That is to be expected on hobby projects. The game is free for a reason. The links that don't work are recent and can easily be gotten by getting it freely at the front page of Patreon. I am just not very active at itchio as this platform is the one I get the least traffic on.

The status posts on patreon are a service to the one who supports but won't affect anything on the game itself.
I also only want people on Patreon who support for what is and nothing else. I am not promising anything and have always been forthcome with saying it's my hobby project.

So no, not on life support nor dead or anything.
Just a random dude working on his free time to give out a free game.

I stand corrected then.  I'll also apologize if I came off as condenscensing like some of the others on here.
