seems, and I was looking for my save/to report this too - that only one boxd out of the like 5 at shop, has a lid.
The Shopping basket at the parts shop also has a lid, which can glitch polearms so you can carry them home without dropping them - but you'll basically have to save and reload to get the box to despawn and free the polearm.
