i need to set up the controller. From the launcher I tried but it's the same thing .. or it went but there was another problem like walking by itself

thats strange.. maybe try to change the left walking stick with the right looking stick in the input settings when starting the game

I've tried everything but nothing, it still doesn't work ..

I did a research on the internet to hopefully solve the problem. Check if you have any Joystick simulators like vJoy installed. If so you have to disable it or at least reset your bindings to the default settings.

i tried now but nothing .. i used ds4windows to convert my ps4 controller to xbox but nothing .. keep doing the same thing .. both with my friend's pad (via parsec) and mine .. :((((

I think it has to do something with the so called "input dead zone". Quick explanation.. Some Controllers have an idle input of up to 0.3 which causes the player to move without any "known" input.. However that is a bit harder to fix because I am not able to let the users individually customize this dead zone. I am trying to do my best

um I understand .. I hope for a correction of the dead zone because in this way the local coop loses a bit, the game itself is done really well for singles but I would like to have fun with a friend :D
You can see that you put a lot of effort into it!
