I am sorry for the confusion. We recently switched from a episode numbering system to a versioning system. Episode 1 contains 3 acts (3 updates) and therefore it changed to version 0.3.1. I have corrected that for now.
We will be releasing version 0.4 on January 13th. Which will contain an all new GUI, all previous and new images in 1920x1080 and a bunch of other new content.
Again, I am sorry for the confusion, on the 13th that will be fixed for the files.
