Glitch: Unable to delete something made because of my goof

Ok, so I was trying to build a metal workbench, but found out I had already done so. Unfortunately, I had already added some materials to create it, but it didn't have a cancel function like when building a robot. So when I tried to use the edit and build interface to delete the thing I was in the middle of building, I accidentally deleted the basic flooring underneath, but it didn't remove the partially built metal workbench. So I completed the workbench, and now I can't remove it from the ground. I also have 2 metal workbenches. The one on the ground that I can't remove is fully functional.

Edit: Err... seems I can't delete either metal workbench either... Since I realized I needed a wooden shovel to create a cereal seeder... And then I placed a new basic flooring down and it's already built, didn't need 2 logs. I'm very confused... And the old bench was already assembled too when I put it down... ???

I haven't been able to delete metal workbenches either, but I can delete floors out from under any item.

So it's only the metal workbenches that can't be deleted? Hmm...

The metal workbench is bugged i reported this bug and it will be fixed in mondays update

You're supposed to right click blueprints in edit mode to delete them.

The blueprint was partially made though. I had put a couple of materials into it, which prevented me from removing the blueprint. There isn't a way to cancel something that's in the middle of being built unless it's being constructed inside of a machine. Only then can you cancel the process and get the materials back.
