It's a super cool idea, but incredibly difficult! I gave it about 4 tries without ever reaching the hospital, but I have to say I love the incredible amount of variety with the mutations! From the nearsightedness, or the inability to move diagonally, every one of them was a cool change, even if all of them drastically make the scenario worse for the player. I will say some of them such as slowing you down definitely drop the fun factor; From what I can tell, the entire game is about exploring and anything that gets in  the way of that can really hinder the experience. I don't know if the game is randomly generated or constant with every run, as I tried to take a new path in every attempt, but I can definitely say that there should probably be more than one goal. Even if the player doesn't know there are multiple hospitals, increasing their chance of success can vastly improve the fun they have by succeeding.
