You can select Policies -> Vibe and it should affect proposals too. Or are you already doing that and it's still to hard?

Yea it still takes time even after selecting policies and stuff, the RNG can force me to take a long time to wait to strike the right requirement for some reason... seeing as it is 1/4 it shouldn't be so bad I thought but yea it can be...
Actually RNG in general is strange because on my first run through of the game, I made a sister group and encountered a situation where I just never got a gold or black card no matter how many auditions I did (also abandoned that save file due to this issue)... Is that a known problem?

I will play the game some more and then reply back for those ideas. Thank you once again for making this game. I think that it has really good potential!

Maybe you had too many scandal points? If you hover over the number of your scandal points at the bottom, the tooltip should say if you have any "debuffs"
