it's mostly based on random voting. if you are near a body or vent/kill infront of somebody you automatically get voted. but if there are people around it votes randomly as long as you aren't too sus
well, MOST of the time I suppose it is random voting. if they don't see you kill, there's a chance you might get away with it. Just RUN as soon as you kill because the crewmates move fast.
