Thanks for your reply I've been trying out Unity today and purchased the top down engine. It's not as easy as RPG Maker, It'll take some getting used to for a small 3-D game project. I'm not going to abandon the game I have been working on. The story is almost done, It's best to finish off what I started and branch it out.
