they have a feature where they show future content in the game and there is the side thing that resembles a pregnancy thing but nothing has really been implemented yet.(but it does seem like it'll be a big thing later down the line)
At the moment there is only one random event showing the possibility of simulating pregnancy by means of potions. Later on, it will be possible to do this with all of them, as far as evolutions are concerned it is still early.
