I'm sorry, I have never experienced issues with the dll files of multimedia fusion 2, so I can't provide any suggestion at the moment.

I'm aware it's used in the exe of games made with fusion, and it is rutinely killed off by antiviruses, so I can only suppose it's either your antivirus or windows defender that randomly kills the dll when the game is running.
