Hi! I love Our Life: Beginnings & Always so much.

But I have a problem : I'm an Android user and I downloaded the game before and played it with no issues, then I deleted it to download the latest version but I couldn't download it. I kept trying but I still can't download either version.

I'm sorry for the trouble. Can you tell me more details? Does your device say it's not allowed or does nothing happen when you try to click download or something else?

It downloads around 10% and then says "Download failed".

By the way, I'm sorry if I couldn't describe it completely in my first comment, English is not my first language.

I have heard of Androids sometimes having errors like that, it tends to because of the cache on the phone or something rather than the file you're trying to download. Here's one thread trying to solve it, but if you search "Android Download Failed" you can find more info on it!
