Hello there! I absolutely LOVE this game, I've played since it was on the demo stage.
But I have a problem: When I download it on android the .apk file downloads just fine, but when I open it it crashes. What can I do?

I'm really glad you like it! Does the game say anything before it crashes? And do you have any type of virus scanner? Sometimes those refuse to let the game run properly because they don't trust it. Also, you can try renaming the apk file to not have any periods (having it be ourlifeapk instead of ourlife.apk). Removing those helped one person run the file more easily.
Yeah, 2016 doesn't sound too old to run it. But it's possible that device just doesn't have the power/memory or something. Unfortunately, as far as I can tell, what's going on is some kind of issue with the device not wanting to let it run/not being able to run it. There isn't much we can likely do to help. I'm really sorry. We are going to release an updated version of the game pretty soon and maybe the problem your phone is having will go away with that improved build.
