Are you sure it’s empty? Could you have possibly pasted in a bunch of HTML code that looks invisible? Click the < > button and remove anything that’s there. Hope that helps

Alternatively, even if it still doesn’t work regardless of reloading the page or clearing it out, you probably have some kind of browser extension messing with the page that is breaking the data you send to our servers. You can try temporarily disabling those, running in incognito mode, or trying another browser.
