** I didn't include any critique in my video; it is the original gameplay and commentary, edited to enhance the comedic elements of the session.

So many top level YouTubers have supported this game, it's no wonder why it caught on so quickly! Having finally played this uniquely original gem, I can and will openly admit that I never in my life want to work retail - ever (or in the food industry), though I confess, I've never worked a job where customer service was first and foremost the most important aspect. I thoroughly enjoyed this game; the style/design and soundtrack that accompanies it completely immerse you in a different world; an ugly world of little consideration for the players feelings.  One of my favorite things is when the customer or "Consumer" interacts with the player, and the camera shakes  because that person literally, forcibly grabbed you to ask you a stupid question. I love (and simultaneously, hate) that. I'm sure for a lot of players, the very concept behind this game really hits home, drudging up old memories of work in all its horror which makes this game, whether you've worked retail or not, more personal. I remember, after having decided to quit the game after about an hour of playtime, sitting hunched in my chair and wondering to myself if there was a time I may have resembled one of the dreaded "Consumers"...
