Normally I'd advise contacting support, but they expect an e-mail from the address associated with the account. Still, they're the ones who can help you. Do you still have access to the account at all? You can add a second e-mail address and try to use that.

I don't have access to the mail at all and I'm scared to log out and never return... I indeed implemented a second email but it doesn't replace the first
