Sorry but how can i find the girls in the volcanic and when can i know that the girls can give birth and thank you

The hellhounds? You need to advance the events with the Hellhound in your castle to get to their village. It requires a scene of her in a maid outfit before you get to meet her at the volcano for the follow up event.

You can only flag girls as pregnant in the current version. Actual pregnancy and birth is not added yet.
