I meant what OS are you using?
Normally, for Arkanio, you need:
• go to his profile
• play the minigame
• click on the link in maps
• play the second minigame
• check all cameras with arrows on the sides
• see Arkanio in one of the cameras. To wait a little. A popup appears.
• Click on the popup and see the scene
