Hm that's strange. Did the item loss happen in the android version as well? Also did you lose all your items? Or only the boots? Can you remember when did it happen?

Not really, the android version was the only version I played. I was raging a bit as I couldn't pass her, and may have accidentally pressed the invintory button right before either I got trapped or got caught. Afer a few trys I just noticed I couldn't double jump, looked in my invintory and viola the boots were gone. No idea if my items got cleared out because that was the only thing i had.
