Hey, thanks! Yeah, so the way I got this to work was I uploaded an .zip folder with one html, css, and javascript file. The html just embeds the Scratch url directly, because luckily Scratch projects can be directly embedded into html files
there are sb3 to html/exe converters,i use those.
Wow, seriously?! Guess I didn't need to go through all of that trouble XD
