Some group policies can reduce the chance of scandals happening, especially ones related to social media and relationships. Maybe that could be affecting the frequency of your scandals?
I'm not sure if that's it unfortunately :( i have no restrictions on social media or streaming and dating is forbidden so i'm really confused as to why nothing is happening... thank u for your help anyway!!
