A quick note:

Arelot Kingdom is a new mmorpg in developement. However we are still working HARD on the game, we have made it playable to the public. We get more players on daily basis and would love to see you join.

There are many skills to choose from such as:

  1. Woodcutting
  2. Crafting
  3. Fishing

There are many levels to train:

  1. Ranged
  2. Strength
  3. Attack
  4. Defence
  5. Magic
  6. Health

Features

Here are some of the features.

Catch your own food

There is a new skill which enables you to catch fish. This fish can be used for food. There are several spots in the world where you can catch fish.

Party sharing

You'll be able to share loot and experience while in a party. The loot and experience will be shared fairly among partymembers qualifying for loot.

Skull Up

Certain area's in-game are specially designed for PvP (Player vs Player). When a non-skulled player attacks another non-skulled player, this player will be `punished` and get a skull. having a skull means you risk to lose all your items including equipment and inventory items. Non-skulled players who die in PvP area's only lose every item in their inventory.

Amazing Bosses

In-game bosses benefits you from high value drops and great experience. But watch out, these bosses are impossible to kill on your own. You should party up and take turns to have a good chance.

Craft your items

With plenty of in-game resources such as woodcutting, mining, fishing you're able to craft your own items to make a profit from or to use for yourself.

Amazing Quests

Quests are a great way to level-up your stats or to unlock certain area's. The quests range from easy to hard and from short to long. You decide which quests you leave alone and which quests interest you.

Hello, arelot. I get that, as an MMORPG, there will be many questions about your game that you are trying to answer upfront. But posts in this sub-forum are meant to be short elevator pitches. “Please be courteous of the time of those who will read your post.”

Yeah i get that. Except the moderator told me to prive more information.

(1 edit)

I’m guessing you were referring to this conversation with the moderator null. There is a middle ground between no information and all the information.

Like I’ve written above: Think “short elevator pitch”.

Just for added reference: I am desperate for a good new MMORPG - but I wouldn’t check out your work because of the way you presented it here.

P.S.: I’m also quite sure null meant for you to edit your original post - not to start a new one and act like nothing happened…

I just provide information i think is relevant to the user. It doesn't contain all information at all. Just enough information to give you a idea about the game. I appreciate your input tough. If you're looking for a new mmorpg i would be happy to have you try the game. But saying you're not going to try because i give to much information kinda tells me you're not really interested at all. Maybe the information provided is a little bit to much for you, but that doesn't mean it's to much for everyone. I believe having some pictures and a little background story is enough and nothing to much. You're referring to the origional post, but i tought i had to recreate the post. That's my bad. next time i'll take a closer look into the converation. It's not acting like nothing happend, in fact nothing happend indeed. I refered my post to the itch.io page which i tought was enough. I only saw the rules after null notified me about them. That's not a big deal, just a honest mistake.

Based on ur  tone i feel you're a bit mad somehow, at something. I'm sorry you feel this frustated about the fact i created a new post.

Wish you all the best and maybe see you soon in-game :)!

I’m getting the impression that you misunderstood what I said. The reason I won’t check out your game isn’t that you provided too much information - it is that you are unwilling or unable to provide an interesting elevator pitch for said game.

Also: Having no interest in your game or pointing out mistakes, honest or otherwise, doesn’t mean somebody is mad at you. To me this thread is as emotional as doing paperwork. All I can do when I see release announcements such as this one is to offer some help - but I won’t go further out of my way than I already have to provide it. There aren’t any feelings involved here - big, hard or otherwise.

Have a nice whatever time it is where you are right now.
