I'm sorry for the trouble! Do you have any anti-virus or file scanner programs on your device? For some reason the full game is getting false positives on computers and phones and is stopped from being allowed to install. I don't know why it's happening, but it's an issue we've heard more than once. If you do have that kind of thing on your device, try turning it off temporarily or seeing if you can tell the program Our Life is a trusted file.
