Yeah, this is a pretty common problem, unfortunately. We're a very small group using a niche engine and sometimes computers block the game on Steam. It doesn't tend to happen with Itch, though. If you can allow greater access for downloading files or temporarily turn off any virus scanners you have, the download may finally go through. Let us know if you're still having trouble!
