I seem to be having an issue where when I enter the lobby, Ellen tells me I have an email but I can't do anything. She isn't at the desk and when I click it, it says she isn't here or in her room. What do I do? I also uninstalled all previous versions of the game.
I assume the email in question is the one for new elf, which she tells you when you talk to her. Since she's not showing up for you, might be because of the new Ellen event, assuming you didn't cut off her storyline early on. If you go to the hot spring (I did it it morning, but might be a round-clock event, don't know), should have an event with her and Lin.
Can't say for sure that's the issue, but worth a try if nothing else.
