what sort of build are you doing, and do you have any custom editor stuff?
I was trying to build for windows, and had installed pro builder, but when I noticed it wouldn't build I created a completely blank project and tried to build that.
Could you try a new install of Unity? (2020.1.6f1 works fine for me, but the newest is 2020.1.13f1 )
