These are some strange errors! They sound like roaming app errors, since we have not gotten any other reports like this, and if it were a global problem we'd have people screaming left and right. So here's what you do:
Deleting any roaming AppData. There are a couple ways to do it, but they all involve finding the AppData/roaming file in your C drive and manually deleting the folder. It's a hidden folder so you can either type the link into file explorer or unhide all folders from the view (this is a somewhat common issue so an internet search for "roaming AppData" should get you to a set of instructions that will work for your OS).
If that doesn't work, uninstall, delete your files, download a whole new version, and reinstall. That's got to fix it! (Because we don't have any other ideas).
