Thanks for getting back to me. After dabbling a bit in rpgmaker MV, and unity myself it gives me a new found appreciation for the work that goes into these games.
This one I really enjoyed the concept. It has that casual day by day feel, and a bit of asset managment plus a side of visual novel. A little like that natuku fap ceo game. But this one isn't mind numbingly boring after a few clicks. You feel a bit more inclined to get to know the girls as actual characters rather than just something to beat off to.
To answer your questions:

Yes I was suggesting either a menu option or a mini window when you hover over the girls in the cafe. (While they are not working ) would be a nice quality of life upgrade.
Sounds like you are working hard and you already have a good workflow for the future.
Addressing favor items and placeholder abilities, it may be in your best interest to add a little tool tip for the players 'not implemented yet' just so they understand what they can an can't do yet.
Sometimes as a developer you need to look at it from the perspective of the player a bit more
As for 7. Ahh that makes more sense now. In that case if I'm going to choose a girl for example 'cookie' then I would want to heavily limit her sexual interaction with customers.
I have a bit of experience with these kinds of games, game playwise , story, editing, and playtesting. If you are looking for someone to collaborate with, or just bounce general theory off.
And.. I could also grill your game really hard if you'd like that kind of critique to as I've played and tinkered with quite a few mods some of the very best like illusion's artificial academy and their newer ones like ai girl.
