equip/unequip knowledge boosting items. bring it lower than 100, then back to 100.

this might be a bug if you failed to choose a topic. you can end up with max knowledge and missing topics.

i always get a crash error when hitting cancel on topic selection, but the game continues as normal but without selecting a topic.
With this bug you can actually have 100 knowledge but 0 talk topics outside of what you began the game with.
