Oh, sure! Well, for oviposition, there are two ways that I've seen it can go. Either premature eggs are laid inside the character, or a species that would normally lay eggs fertilises the character. I personally like seeing the eggs inside the character in the way pregnancies are shown in the game. For vore, getting devoured but not digested would be the best option. If you're planning to add the desert to Lust Doll+, I'd recommend adding a Lamia as a possible desert encounter, as those are good for both vore and oviposition.
