Would you mind elaborating on the problem? Is there sound effect at all? Or only music is absent? You could try looking into preferences and see if any of them is muted (which is under the textbox after game starts). And sometimes switching audio output devices could result in music not playing, but re-opening the game should fix it automatically. Let me know.
hi, well i mean that there is no sound in the game, i tried to close and open the game several times and nothing, i chekced the preferences too and y dont have nothing muted, but i was trying and i saw that this is with the version that has translations,the original version only in english does have sound.I guess i'll been playing the version in english, in any case thanks for response ^_^
sorry i did not find that,i think that was my bad but i have a question, is normal that every time i enter the game this asks me the language? also, i tried to play a little while and in the part when taylor watch the commercial instead of this she watch the imagen of a weird dr albert like sometimes appear in the game but then she reacted like she had seen the normal commercial, i dont know if this is normal, and as i said this is only with the version that has translations, anyway thank u for this beautiful game :^)
Hi, no this is not normal. It should only ask for the language once. Then it sounds like my suspicion could be correct and there's something wrong with your save files, so you would need to find the folder I mentioned before. Hit the Windows button and type "%APPDATA%", that should lead you to that folder. Then proceed to click "renpy" and delete the "Taylor_1_1_0" folder in it. For the commercial, that is normal. And just a correction, Taylor is not a girl; they're non-binary and they use they/them pronouns. Hope this helps!
Edit: I re-read your comment and I noticed that I misunderstood the commercial part. Could you elaborate on what exactly did Taylor watch? At this point, I think something might have went wrong when you were downloading the game.
hi, first of all sorry haha, well, i opened the %APPDATA% then the renpy and i deleted the taylor folder, so i tried to open the game but there is still no sound. And about the commercial, albert went to see the patient and taylor stayed and when it is supposed to be the commercial taylor see a image of a weird dr. albert as usually seen in the game, only for a few seconds, not a weird video, only this image, and taylor's reaction is like if they had seen the normal commercial u.u
