All in all a really well built game! As others have pointed out, the main character is very slow. There's also just an awful lot of *waiting* for the coast to be clear. There's no way to avoid or outrun enemies other than to just not be around them, but that's not always in your control unless you wait for the perfect conditions. A death just before finishing a room is a crushing setback, because you have to make it all the way back there from the beginning, which can take anywhere from one or two minutes (just the slow move speed) up to nearly 10 minutes depending on what the patrols are doing along the way. The music loop was also a bit short (I've been done playing for 15 min but it's still going in my head). I love the aesthetics of the hotel, and those particles on the cursed objects look niiiice. Consider adding a bit of movement speed and a checkpoint system and this will be a really nice stealth game!
