Hey Navigation! If we introduce the ability to give the girls bigger boobs, it would be clothes specific. There's no way we could make them bigger and accommodate all of the existing clothes, that would cost too much money and too much work. But having a new set of clothes give the girl a new body for only that specific set of clothes would work, and it's something we're already working on.
And what about using different boob icons? It would be no problem to have the girls "as designed", but when going to the "House", different stat icons could be used to show special "enhancements" unlocked by quests, items, "surgery" (add a hospital to the town, maybe left to the Clothes Shop...?).
So you simply have to create/drawthose 4 icons in different shapes, and anyone who wants a special option for the girls -bigger lips, boobs, tiny or big hips, butt- can go to town's hospital, upgrade the girls and when going to "Brothel" (or doing any jobs with clients) the 4 icons are updated representing the selected/active girl. This would not require major changes to clothing etc. and one could always see the "special upgrades" when "working".
