Hey i have a problem when i press ''New Game'' im just stuck at the customize your character it doent even show the ''New Game'' Anymore

There was a similar issue like that a while ago when not using a 16:9 or 16:10 screen resolution in Window Mode.Try running it on full screen mode. If that doesn't help could you send me a screenshot so I can work out what's happening?
