Hey Jupiter,
In order to fix the bug you'll have to update Cube OS to the latest version and enable windowed mode. Cube OS is using a Direct3D 9 function so you'll not be able to record the game correctly, to record it use the windowed mode and record as you're recording your desktop not as a game.
